Gopal Krishna

Amid Fiji tourism’s bustling tourism development in 1970, Gopal Krishna the current Chairman of the company foresaw the necessity of quality electrical services for the booming hotel industry. Still then a young electrical contractor who had just completed a Diploma in the trade, the Sigatoka visionary acquired sufficient practical training and experience to obtain an electrical contractors license. This was a springboard to providing surrounding commercial enterprises and residents of the coastal township with the necessary expertise. As more hotels sprouted around Sigatoka and the Coral Coast, the young entrepreneur established a small, largely single-man operation that has grown into a household name.

Vijay Narayan JP

Vijay Narayan (JP) is a Business Management graduate with over 40 years of experience in Electrical & Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Contracting, Sales and Service. A Justice of the Peace, he is an active member of the Sigatoka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, serving as Vice-President and an avid supporter of the local community through the sponsorship of sporting teams, exemplifying Sigatoka Electric’s corporate social responsibility. The dedicated Managing Director also ensures the constant upskilling of company staff and recognition of their professional calibre through the company’s award days.
